A painful look back... The pain may be dulled a bit, but it is still there. I lost my husband several years ago. Cancer was the thief. Two years of emptiness and apathy – I was still stuck. I knew I had to make some changes, if only to distract myself from the overwhelming sadness. And my children also looked to me for leadership. I had to get un-stuck!

My toe in the water... Gradually, with help from family and friends, I began to let myself step into life again – to dip my toe in the water… I want to Share this with you -- what happened. The Relief. The Discovery. And, yes… eventually… Achievement . Even Joy… More information .
